Sadly no. I have not supported FS2004/FS9 6 years now, so it is not going to happen.
I only fly FS2004, there is a tool to convert FSX/P3D to FS9. Send me an email to [email protected]

You can use this tool to convert FSX/P3D paints into FS9
You will alsp have to change the alpha channel before you convent them.
You can use photoshop or other programs to do that. Save as bmp format.
You can find the FS9 file on the FAIB website.
