The A320 when shown in FS9, the section behind the 3rd window after the second emergency exit over the wing is missing. Is this a glitch on my behalf or FS9 I don’t know but everything is installed correctly and the right model is used.

That was fixed last year shortly after the initial release. So you can redownload the texture, install it and it’ll work fine. I’m sure I would have got a comment way earlier if ir wasn’t fixed.
