North American Government flightplans Summer 2014 by Dick Johnson
These flightplans include flights for USAF C-5 Galaxy, USAF C-17 Globemaster, USAF C-32A, Royal Canadian Air Force CC-150 Polaris, Mexican Air Force B757-200, MAF B727 and MAF CASA C-295.
All the models and repaints needed for the plans can be found in either MAIW packages or on AVSIM. Read the included repaints.txt to get the right files.
You can use ttools, aifp or any other flightplan compiler that reads the 3 txt-files, to install these plans.
More Government flightplans will be released soon!
Thanks a ton!
Hi, I don’t use the Don’s AIFP program for reasons of my own, however isn’t the aifp.cfg file required for AIFP to install the flight plans? That file is missing, if indeed it is needed.
No. The aifp.cfg isn’t needed. It’s a good thing to have it, but it’s not needed. Users can install the plans in AIFP even without the aifp.cfg. If the user uses i.e. Ttools, then remember to change the speeds in the aircrafts.txt to 200.
Further to Curt’s question:
I use AIFP to install all my plans, but I don’t use the aifp.cfg to do it. I like to maintain a strict control of quality during pre-installation, installation and post installation. AIFP is magnificent, but I do enjoy the interface without using aifp.cfg included in so many packages.
